Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and ensure you receive a tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
